Return Policies

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to cancel it, as it may be in production.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product or one with a defect, please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return. You will receive either a remake of your item a or a refund.

Non-returnable items
For personalized items, please understand that as our items are personalized and made to order, they can not be returned for any other reasons such as change of mind. For the same reason, we do not offer exchanges for personalized items, such as exchange for item of a different size or color.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your jewelry for a different style, size, or color. Here are our guidelines for exchanges:

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@geemli.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  3. New Item: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your exchange and send out your new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
